Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written). Strong knowledge of housing and industrial factory projects; candidates with municipal project experience will be considered for higher pay. Knowledge in tendering and bidding processes for construction projects. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
