Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and maintenance. The candidate will be the operational backbone of our GTM strategy, managing our tech stack, improving funnel efficiency, and delivery insights to leadership. A core part of the role is owning and customizing Salesforce and HubSpot to enable scalable revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Salesforce, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across sales, customer success, marketing, and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
Own Salesforce configuration : custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and page layouts
Administer marketing and sales modules, including list segmentation, email workflows, lead scoring, and form management
Define and track KPIs across the funnel (e.g., MQL to SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, sales cycle)
Integrate and maintain tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Requirements
Expertise in Salesforce customization (e.g., workflows, dashboards, reports)
Excellent communication skills; must be a native English speaker
Experience in early-stage SaaS or scaling RevOps from Series A to B
