Role Description
The IT Sales Executive will focus on driving sales of IT-related products and solutions within the office supplies sector. This role requires a strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and workplace technology, combined with excellent sales and customer relationship skills. The candidate will identify client needs, promote suitable IT solutions, and contribute to revenue growth by offering tailored, value-driven office technology solutions.
Your responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT products, including computers, printers, scanners, networking solutions, managed print services, and software.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of corporate clients, institutions, and SMBs needing IT solutions integrated with office supplies.
- Present, promote, and sell IT products and solutions that enhance workplace efficiency.
Client Relationship Management :
Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their IT and office technology needs.Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase solutions.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Product Knowledge & Sales Expertise :
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT products, including hardware (PCs, peripherals), software solutions, cloud technologies, and workplace IT systems.Provide clients with expert advice on integrating IT solutions with traditional office supply requirements.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Sales Targets & Reporting :
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare proposals, quotes, and detailed sales reports to track progress.Collaboration :
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to stay updated on product offerings and pricing.Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).years of proven experience in IT sales, office supplies, or B2B sales.Strong understanding of IT hardware, managed print services, software, and workplace technology.Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
