- Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration

Job Requirement
Bachelor degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.Fluent in Thai & English to handle relevant marketExperience in Technical Support is preferredCandidate should be highly skilled in managing IT incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to services, and restoring service as quickly as possible.Knowledge and experience in designing and deploying service management frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, or ISO / IEC 20000.Must have passport valid for 14+ monthsWilling to relocate to MalaysiaJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
