Customer Service Executive (Penang / PJ / Pasir Gudang)

Handle customer enquiries, export / import bookings, and shipment documentation.

Coordinate with operations, vessel planning, and depot teams for smooth shipment flow.

Prepare and verify Bills of Lading (B / L) and delivery documentation.

Arrange and monitor trucking, container haulage, and final delivery.

Liaise with transporters, depots, and customs brokers for on‑time service.

Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Shipping, or Business‑related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in liner, freight forwarding, or logistics coordination.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
