Customer Success Specialist - Taiwan Market - Penang at Arvion Services
Job Overview :
We are hiring a Mandarin speaking Customer Success Specialist (CSS) on behalf of a leading global e-commerce brand. In this role, you will respond to customer requests, manage concerns, and provide specific information based on inquiries received via inbound phone calls and email channels. The CSS will be the primary contact for customers using the client’s website shopping channel.
What You Will Do :
- Provide excellent support to customers via phone and email.
- Assist with online orders, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Handle payments and sensitive data securely.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude at all times.
- Represent the client and is the face of the brand to the outside world.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on products and meet performance KPIs.
What Makes You a Good Fit :
Must have SPM or equivalent.Fresh graduates with degrees in Mass Communication, English, or related fields are encouraged to apply.Must be able to read, write and speak Traditional Mandarin fluently.Must be able to read, write and speak English (B2 level).Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.Must be able to work in rotational shift (no night shift required).At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 90% accuracy score.What We Offer :
