JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve company's final products and processes in order to meet and maintain the established quality standardsJOB RESPONSIBILITY :
Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality prior to delivery.Developing plans to manage waste by reducing or reuse the waste.Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products and establish procedures for education and training.Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, production team, and other appropriate staff.Participates in new product development and product testing.Identifies and analyses issues, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur, recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.To perform any other duties assigned by superior(s) from time to time.JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in scienceFive years of experience in related field required with supervisory experience a plus.Knowledge in operating laboratory mechanical testing equipment eg. tensile machine and further equipment as Oxygen Permeability & Water Vapour Permeability Analyzer, microtome cut and microscope, UV weathering chamber.Experience in plastic packaging industry is preferred.Ability to manage and maintain BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and HACCP system in multinational organisation and other relevant standards.REGISTER BACK
