$120k - $180k p.a. + Bonus + Other benefits The incumbent is responsible to develop the technology roadmap to shape and lead the strategy for transformation and automation of our clients network infrastructure Our client is a strong telco powerhouse focused on Consumer, Enterprise and Wholesale pillars Description Formulate a progressive technology strategy and roadmap focused on network automation, integrating AI and ML to enhance network operations and accelerate transformation initiatives. Ensure strategic alignment with the organization's broader goals, anticipated network evolution, and digital transformation priorities. Conduct infrastructure assessments to identify current gaps and define future technology adoption targets. Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to inform strategic decisions and identify potential enablers for innovation. Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI / ML solutions for network automation, benchmarking against industry standards to recommend enhancements or new technologies. Engage with vendors and technology partners to explore AI / ML-powered tools, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Lead RFP processes for new technologies, including vendor evaluation and negotiation. Facilitate regular technology briefings with leadership to share insights and updates. Profile A successful Senior Specialist, Automation & Transformation Technology should have : Minimum 5 years in network strategy, architecture and planning, with a focus on network automation & transformation Knowledge and understanding of mobile network architecture and operations, as well as network automation, self-healing networks, and performance optimization, e.g. adoption and applications of AI and ML, and digital-twin etc. Knowledge in network and cost modelling for scenario analysis and simulation Experience in leading new solutions, enablers, and product evaluation, trials, and testing Familiarity with cloud platforms and network automation integration, and hands-on experience with industry automation tools, implementing automation solutions for network provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and management is preferred Job Offer Competitive salary range of MYR 120,000 to MYR 180,000 annually.
