Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Sungai Petani, Kedah, Malaysia. The incumbent should have at least 3 years hands on experience working in MNC companies specialising in IR / ER, FW Management and DL Recruitment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include supporting HR operations, employee relations, recruitment activities, and HR policy implementation in alignment with local laws and company requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Relations and Human Resources
• Capability in Job Description Development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
