Job Summary

We are looking for Learning & Development & Employee Engagement Specialist to execute training programs, support employee engagement initiatives, and assist with HR-related tasks.

This role will be responsible for organizing and conducting training, managing HRDF claims, and driving engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should be proactive, hands-on, and capable of handling both learning and development (L&D) and employee engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct company’s training programs.
• Work with department heads to identify, assign, and track employee training.
• Source and coordinate external training programs when needed.
• Manage HRDF claims and ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Assist in developing learning materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Maintain training records and generate reports for management.
• Support initiatives to embed company core values into daily operations.
