Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketer to engage in cold calling and outreach to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, sellers, and merchants. Your primary responsibility will be to promote participation in our latest programs and campaigns, building strong relationships and driving impactful collaborations. If you thrive in communication, persuasion, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct cold calls to KOLs, influencers, sellers, and merchants to introduce and promote the company’s programs and campaigns.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of participation, addressing inquiries and objections with professionalism and confidence.
• Build and maintain a database of potential participants, tracking outreach efforts and responses in the company system.
• Follow up with contacts to secure commitments and ensure successful onboarding and participation.
• Customize outreach strategies based on the target audience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with campaign objectives and refine strategies.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
