Requirements
- Minimum diploma in business studies / administration / management, secretarial or equivalent
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English
- Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Positive thinker, IT literate with multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or WPS
- Willing to travel occasionally, when required
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transportation) and prepare detailed itineraries.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritising and responding as appropriate.Organise and maintain a highly efficient filing system (both physical and digital).Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them promptly.Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.Facilitate effective communication flow within the organisation.Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.Assist the CEO in tracking project progress and deadlines if required.Conduct research and compile data as requested by the CEO.Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations.Follow up on action items from meetings.Assist with personal errands or tasks as required by the CEO to optimise their professional time.Maintain office supplies and equipment for the CEO's office.Benefits
