Senior Material Planner

Who are We :

We are a multi-national company involved developing, manufacturing and marketing for intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire for Material Planner.

You will play an important role in :

• Responsible for material planning and analysis per customer orders and sales demand forecast
• Determining the required materials and generating purchase requisition, schedule and control material delivery plan to buyers, warehouse GR status to fulfill production job order requirements and complete the task within the SAP job order deadline.
• Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages, especially customer ad hoc PO and special materials control that affect production.
• Ensure any MRP that is in place is accurate and up to date and resolves any issues as required.
• Coordinating with other departments regarding stock level control, ECR, NPI, material scrap control and control etc.
• Responsible overall inventory stock control, obsolete stock, and aging stock control (>

180days) control per Management target levels

in the organization.
