Duties and Responsibilities : Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible to conduct training needs for merchandisers, via meeting with Team leaders to understand merchandiser on field performance (attitude / compliance delivery) or TNA directly to merchandisers.
Required to familiarize oneself with the Project Product knowledge and knowledge delivery.
Required to be diligent in doing research and reading to produce training material related to the topic to improve the knowledge of oneself and the knowledge of receiver.
Self-update with current FMCG market update in the market.
Planning monthly training calendar, ensure attendances by target audience.
Key person to update Training material for all aspect.
Creator to Training Material (soft skll / refresher / case study / workshop) - brainstorm with team from time to time.
Involve in merchandiser performance review & also new joiner coaching program.
Conduct RPS training to New Joiner with quiz.
Ensure theory training of system conducted to all merchandisers.
Field training upon requested by TL, especially for new joiner.
Work closely with TL & admin to understand area for improvement to adapt into merchandisers monthly refresher topics.
Involve in merchandising monthly meeting & update on bulletin.
Required to travel to outstation for refresher training or field training whenever requested.
Involved as committed member to plan for agenda when there is event such as Townhall, Academic Qualification(s) : Candidates must pass at least SPM level & above and have experience in merchandising field. Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s) : Communication Skill.

Motivation Training.
Leadership Training for TL.
SMR Training.
