Entry Level Customer Service will act as the "face" of a brand for Pacific Group Clients. Ideally, he or she is hired to help, to increase brand awareness and advertising.

Generally, Entry Level Customer Service are charged with multiple responsibilities that revolve around the promotion of client's products and services, implementing sales & marketing campaigns, and occasionally representing the company at specific events.
