POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Executive, Customer Service (Outbound) to join our team. The role involves managing outbound calls, liaising with branches nationwide, and delivering excellent customer service. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to support our Mandarin-speaking customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage outbound calls in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Liaise effectively with different branches across Malaysia to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle stock management tasks when required.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to support business needs.
- Prioritise and manage daily workload with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking and time management skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualification : SPM / STPM / Pre-U or equivalent in any field.Language proficiency : Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (no prior experience required).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in handling customer interactions.Good oral and written communication skills.Active listening and strong phone handling skills.Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.BENEFITS
