UI / UX Director

Overview

We’re looking for a UI / UX Director based in Kuala Lumpur to define how this intelligence is experienced. You’ll translate real-world complexity, sensors, workflows, data streams, and AI logic - into clarity. Your work will shape the interface between humans and physical AI.

What You’ll Do

• Own the experience. Define the user journey across Allocate Space’s web, mobile, and dashboard products.
• Design the system. Build a unified design system that ties together modules like Teams, Check, View, and Things.
• Prototype at speed. Use v0.dev, Figma, and AI-assisted design tools to rapidly test and evolve ideas.
• Humanize automation. Turn IoT data and AI workflows into intuitive, trustworthy interactions.
• Collaborate deeply. Work side by side with engineering using React, Shadcn UI, Tailwind, and Recharts to bring designs to life.
• Mentor and lead. Grow a design team that balances precision with imagination.
• Shape the brand. Extend Allocate’s calm, architectural design language across all experiences digital and physical.
