Overview
The role is responsible for leading a team to curate and onboard strategic travel-related products and merchants into the airline’s travel services ecosystem. This role ensures that the ecosystem offers a diverse, high-quality, and commercially viable range of services that enhance the overall customer journey while driving ancillary revenue. As the primary decision-maker in merchant selection and partnership management, the Manager identifies key opportunities, negotiates agreements, and oversees the seamless integration of travel services such as ground transportation, tours, activities, travel insurance, and other ancillary products. The role also focuses on optimizing commercial performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Key Accountability

Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline Minimum 6 years of working experience Areas of Experience

Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Basic business acumen on travel and e-commerce programs. Strong analytical background and ability to extract, interpret, analyse and study data, insights or trends from multiple sources. Strong technical skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint); knowledge in Microsoft Power BI will be an added value. Strong communication and negotiation skills (written, verbal, presentation and facilitation).
