Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic marketer who can drive brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business growth through integrated campaigns, digital initiatives, and partner collaborations. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working across digital, content, events, and co-marketing activities to align with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns that combine digital, social, content, events, and partner-led initiatives.
- Ensure campaigns are consistent with group-wide objectives while maximizing ROI and overall market presence.
- Implement programs that elevate business unit branding, attract prospects, and support sales opportunities.
- Manage and optimize corporate website and eShop to provide accurate, engaging, and user-friendly content.
- Oversee SEO and SEM activities with external partners to improve visibility, web traffic, and lead acquisition.
- Launch targeted campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels to enhance engagement and pipeline growth.
- Adopt AI-powered marketing solutions for content creation, automation, and faster campaign execution.
- Work closely with key technology partners on co-marketing initiatives and go-to-market programs.
- Support regional marketing efforts by localizing activities while maintaining alignment with corporate direction.
- Assist in customer-facing programs such as loyalty initiatives, surveys, and satisfaction monitoring.
- Collaborate with business units to translate customer feedback into actionable marketing activities.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring investments deliver measurable outcomes across digital, content, and event initiatives.
- Track campaign performance against KPIs such as lead generation, brand growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Apply data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.4-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a technology-focused industry.Proven track record in executing integrated campaigns (digital, events, content, social, and partner marketing).Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social platforms.Practical experience in campaign management from planning to reporting.Proficiency in AI-enabled marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva) for ideation, content development, and automation.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for budget management, analytics, and presentations.Exposure to regional marketing (SEA) and account-based marketing (ABM) will be an advantage.Strong written and spoken English communication.Requirements
