This role drives revenue growth by optimizing Siemens' market approach through sales organization development, demand generation, and opportunity management. It provides strategic insights, refines sales focus, and supports digital campaigns, lead management, and market development funds (MDF) utilization.
Key responsibilities include managing customer opportunities, guiding CRM use (SFDC), and driving deal closure via effective engagement strategies and co-selling with Siemens resources. The role also involves crucial partner sales training and mentoring, emphasizing LAER enablement, digital / social selling, and encouraging collaboration to enhance efficiency and address capability gaps.
This geographically or industry-focused position manages partners, requires travel, and offers significant career growth within our KL office SEA sales team.
