Job Title : QA EXECUTIVE

Department : Quality Assurances / Mould & Die

Reports to : QA Manager / Mould & Die Manager

Job Scope :

• Develop & implement QA procedures to ensure product compliance with standards and specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and external quality issues.
• Monitor production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support internal & external audits (ISO 9001, customer audits)
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on quality matters and complaints.
• Maintain QA documentation ( inspection report , calibration records , test data)
• Follow and maintain approved procedures.
• Inspection of items to specifications.
• Ensuring, enforcing and implementing the company's policy, rules and regulations.
• Enforce, implement, control, ensure and maintain the Quality System of the company.
• Ensuring that all documentation relating to the maintenance of quality is updated, maintained and controlled.
• Determine, reporting and recommending corrective action on the principle causes of quality deficiencies and nonconformance.
• Qualification : Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree and above OR
• Experience : At least 2 years of related working experience
• Skills : Good knowledge of quality control, able to work independently
