Job Responsibility :
Ensure proper implementation and execution of Din Tai Fung standard operating procedures and other quality measures that set by the management.
Check the production line adheres to standards and procedures set by company and complying with legal requirements.
Conduct central kitchen, warehouse, logistic and supplier audits. Follow up the corrective actions in timely manner and propose improvement plan.
Improve on central kitchen' performance by giving coaching skills to the operators.
Monitor pest control management, maintain optimum hygiene and cleanliness of the central kitchen and warehouse.
Organize & maintain supplier quality documents.
Conduct investigation for product complaints from outlets level. Identify possible root cause, propose corrective action and preventive measures.
Responsible for lab test arrangement, verify and record the results.
Perform product sensory test, Brix and salinity measurement for finished products.
Review and update product specifications and label declarations of finished products.
Conduct training for production team on hygiene and quality control measures to improve product excellent.
Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and verify all equipment calibrated correctly.
Job Requirements : -
Candidate possesses at least Diploma in Food Science / Nutrition / Technology
At least 1 or 2 years hand-on experience in warehouse food processing
Able working on Saturday
Possess strong leader skills to lead and guide the team
Uniform will be provided
Able to speak in multiple languages, able to speak in Mandarin will added advantages
