Creative / Graphic Designer

About the Role

A Creative Designer is responsible for bringing design solutions to life that adhere to marketing strategies and business goals. They will create engaging and creative graphics to visually represent the client’s brand (based on guidelines given). They are responsible for all aspects of graphic design, from planning out illustrations to managing marketing / any brand materials & visuals required as per brief given.

You will need to be able to work well on own and also possess good teamwork skills. Flexibility is needed due to the possibility of shifting priorities. You must have clear and concise communication ability, great time management skills, and a constant flow of creative ideas to tell a story through visuals rather than text alone.

Responsibilities

You will work in a creative, fast-paced environment that requires proven leadership and vision execution by partnering with cross-functional departments to translate business and marketing objectives into ideas that are clear, compelling, and visually exciting.

• Report to Creative Manager / Art Director on a daily basis.
• Develop original design concepts, graphics, and layouts for any form of illustrations (2D) including proposal decking.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and marketing strategy.
• Support a team of designers to bring concepts, visuals & proposal presentation to life.
• Participate in the execution of the entire creative process within an allotted time frame and budget.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Work with project managers and associate creative directors to ensure that schedules are accurate, realistic, and deadlines are met.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure design files are properly archived.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and quality of design processes.
