Job descriptionBasic knowledge of accounts & billing processes Organized, detail oriented & able to work independently Good communication and teamwork skills Willing to work Monday to Friday 9 am- 6 pm, Saturday half day 9 am-1 pm Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Malaysia? Responsibilities
- Process patient billings (cash, credit card, e-wallet, online transfers)
- Ensure payment records are accurate and updated daily
- Data entry & maintaining ledgers by recording all transactions
- Bank reconciliation (matching transactions against bank statements)
- Supplier payments & admin payments (prepare and process payments to suppliers, keep proper records of invoices, receipts and petty cash claims)
- Preparing records for accountants / auditors (organize financial files and supporting documents for monthly / annual audits)
- General admin support (assist with license renewals, permits, clinic documentation and support clinic staff in basic administrative tasks when required)
