Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction across all aspects of the company’s management and business operations.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans aligned with the company’s short- and long-term objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and internal policies.
• Assume full accountability for the company’s financial performance and operational outcomes.
• Report to the Board of Directors on the company’s activities and progress as required.
• Establish and strengthen the company’s reputation and stakeholder trust.
• Carry out any other assignments as directed by the Chairman or Board of Directors from time to time.
