Your Role
As Head of Sales at GetSolar Malaysia, you will lead and scale our residential solar sales business. Your core responsibility is to drive team performance, manage the sales pipeline, and help us achieve aggressive growth targets through both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement.
You’ll directly manage, coach, and grow the Sales team, equipping them with the training, tools, and support needed to succeed. While your focus will be on team leadership and pipeline management, you will also play an active role in the sales process when needed—from customer advisory calls to site visits and deal closing.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Country Manager, with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, customer success, and product. You’ll also contribute to initiatives that improve conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and accelerate rooftop solar adoption in Malaysia.
