Job Description :
1. 2–4 years' experience in operations or customer-facing roles (fitness / retail / hospitality), with at least 1 year as supervisor / team lead.
Passion for climbing (bouldering). Safety-first mindset; First Aid / CPR certified or willing to obtain within 3 months.
Strong people leadership : scheduling, coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution.
Customer-obsessed with clear communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
Comfortable with POS / membership systems, cash handling, and basic Excel / Google Sheets reporting.
Organized, hands-on, and calm under pressure.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a roster.
Right to work in Malaysia.
Drive continuous improvement in operations : identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement best practices.
Job Responsibilities
1. Run daily gym operations : opening / closing, floor management, cleanliness, and customer flow.
Lead Front-of-House team : hire, onboard, schedule, train, and motivate for great service.
Own customer experience : memberships & sales conversion, handle enquiries / complaints, and community relations.
Enforce safety standards : gym rules, incident response, first-aid readiness, equipment & facility checks, risk logs.
Plan and execute programs : intro classes, youth sessions, leagues, and competitions; recruit volunteers and MCs.
Manage retail & inventory : pro-shop ordering, stock counts, vendors, and displays.
Support marketing : promos, partnerships (schools / unis / companies), social content, and event days.
Basic admin & finance : daily cash-up, petty cash, EOD Sales tally, invoices / POs, payroll inputs, and monthly KPI reports (attendance, conversion, retention).
Facilities upkeep : liaise with landlord / technicians; track maintenance tickets.
