Duties and Responsibilities : Identify, recruit, and oversee strategic partners, affiliates, and business introducers in target regions. Create and execute strategies that enhance client acquisition, boost revenue, and expand market presence. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure sustained business success. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Provide senior management with market insights, including updates on trends, competition, and regulatory changes. Work closely with teams such as Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth implementation of business strategies. Track regional business performance and generate regular reports on results and strategic initiatives for leadership review. Requirements : Native or fluent English proficiency (C1 level) plus fluency in Thai, Malay, or Korean, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of five years’ experience in business development, partnership management, or affiliate programs, preferably within digital services or technology sectors. Proven track record of successfully building and managing partner networks in international or emerging markets. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
