Marketing & Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Organize and attend sales launches, marketing activities, promotions, road shows, and events.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, including digital campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Website, etc).
• Coordinate with advertising agencies to develop marketing materials (brochures, billboards, press ads, signage, etc.).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and propose improvements.
• Manage and evaluate marketing campaigns, sales reports, and related documentation for future reference.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and confidentiality of data within the department.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, checklists, meeting minutes, and administrative tasks.
• Liaise with suppliers for payment requisitions, invoices, and follow-ups.
• Assist with general enquiries (walk-in, calls, or online) and direct them to relevant departments.
• Compile and update property-related newspaper advertisements, customer feedback, and walk-in visitor records.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments, sales events, or weekend / public holiday duties as required by Management.
• Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, report on ROI and KPIs, and optimize strategies based on data and market trends.
