Responsibilities :

Energy Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement energy efficiency strategies aligned with mall & office operations.

Set annual energy reduction targets and sustainability goals.

Energy Monitoring & Analysis

Monitor real-time energy consumption via BMS or smart meters.

Analyze trends and identify inefficiencies in HVAC, lighting, and escalators.

Tariff & Cost Optimization

Evaluate TNB tariff structures and recommend optimal plans.

Implement load shifting and demand-side management strategies.

Project Management

Lead energy-saving retrofit projects (e.g., LED upgrades, chiller replacements).

Coordinate solar PV feasibility studies and installations.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga and local regulations.

Prepare monthly energy reports and support ESG disclosures.

Stakeholder Engagement

Train operations staff and tenants on energy-saving practices.

• Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams on green initiatives.
