Job descriptionCandidate must possess Bachelor\'s Degree / Diploma in Accounting / Administration or equivalent. Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Positive attitude, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Accounts Executive (Sunway Quarry Industries)
Responsibilities :
- Issue customers invoices, credit and debit notes on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with the sales team on day-to-day functions.
- Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and maintain updated records.
- Check new credit applications and credit increase application documents.
- Generate Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) report and aging report on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly closing activities and accounts receivable reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
- Perform other related duties as and when required.
