As the Associate Manager, Global Community Affairs (Asia), you will provide strategic direction to the SC Johnson leadership team on charitable giving, support global initiatives across community pillars, and lead related programs to protect and enhance the company’s reputation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the regional finance team to determine and manage the annual philanthropic budget.
• Evaluate funding requests, make funding decisions, and monitor outcomes from funded organizations.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports on philanthropic contributions and impact.
• Assess and manage external partnerships, community programs, and events to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Represent the company at community events aligned with corporate focus areas.
• Develop and manage a cost-effective corporate volunteer program connecting SCJ employees with volunteer opportunities.
• Partner with the communications team to amplify regional giving through social, digital, press, and internal channels
