Job descriptionProvide one-on-one, one-on-two, and group classes , adapting teaching methods to engage and support students with diverse learning styles and abilities. Develop detailed lesson plans , outlining objectives, instructional methods, activities, and assessments tailored to each class. Design and administer quizzes, tests, and projects to evaluate student progress effectively. Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work and assign grades. Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages learning and participation. Stay updated with educational research, best practices, and new teaching technologies through continuous professional development. Maintain open and regular communication with course consultants regarding student progress, behavior, and concerns. Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall learning experience and support students with diverse needs. Centre is conveniently situated within a shopping center. Regular training sessions to support professional development. Supportive and collaborative culture, encouraging teamwork and growth. Training Provided
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with young learners.
- A collaborative approach , working effectively with the professional development team and engaging students.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience teaching primary school and kindergarten students.
- Ability to create customized lesson plans that cater to students' varying needs.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (as most of our clients are from China).
