Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned retail partners, maintaining strong, long-term business relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins (virtual or in-person) to understand partner needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries, complaints, and operational requests.
- Promote MCM products, campaigns, and promotions to retailers, aligning with their sales goals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow retailer revenue.
- Support retailers in developing sales strategies, in-store displays, and product placements.
- Resolve retailer operational or service-related issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams where necessary.
- Provide solutions and follow up to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
- Process retailer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update retailer account records, sales reports, and relevant databases.
- Track sales performance against targets and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Organize and conduct retailer training sessions to ensure product and system knowledge.
- Support promotional events, trade visits, and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and retailer requests.
- Provide feedback from retailers to inform product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.2–4 years’ experience in B2B customer service, account management, or sales coordination (preferably in retail, FMCG, or healthcare).Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin.Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and proactively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.Willingness to travel occasionally for retailer visits or events.We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.Benefits
