Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned retail partners, maintaining strong, long-term business relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins (virtual or in-person) to understand partner needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide timely responses to inquiries, complaints, and operational requests.
  • Promote MCM products, campaigns, and promotions to retailers, aligning with their sales goals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow retailer revenue.
  • Support retailers in developing sales strategies, in-store displays, and product placements.
  • Resolve retailer operational or service-related issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams where necessary.
  • Provide solutions and follow up to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Process retailer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update retailer account records, sales reports, and relevant databases.
  • Track sales performance against targets and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Organize and conduct retailer training sessions to ensure product and system knowledge.
  • Support promotional events, trade visits, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and retailer requests.
  • Provide feedback from retailers to inform product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in B2B customer service, account management, or sales coordination (preferably in retail, FMCG, or healthcare).
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for retailer visits or events.
  • We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
