Lead and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global business goals. Manage and grow direct and channel sales, inside / outside sales, and technical service teams. Identify market trends and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with key and global accounts. Develop and implement account management strategies for large enterprise clients. Drive talent development and foster a culture of performance and collaboration. Use data-driven insights to monitor performance and optimize sales operations. Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to maximize ROI. The Successful Applicant

Proven leadership experience in sales across multiple industry segments (automotive, EV, semiconductors). Strong background in managing distributors across different countries. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and innovation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Proficiency in using data analytics for decision-making. Strong business acumen and experience in international business development. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master\'s preferred). Willingness to travel extensively across the region and globally. What\'s on Offer
