Responsibilities
Identify and handle customer inquiries till completion, ensuring highest accuracy and customer satisfaction
Possess strong ownership and responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the timeline.
Ensure the data is accurate and reported timely to the superiors for KPI reporting.
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Education SPM or above
