IT Infra Support (Hardware) Intern

Job descriptionIn the process of completing a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science. Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. Interest in working for an eCommerce industry. Knowledge and / or experience with a variety of computer hardware and software system Ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various personalities. Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to various intellectual and practical problems. Deadline-driven
Key Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers, and scanners.
- Replace / repair computer hardware down to component level (e.g. Replacing laptop LCD screen, CPU fan, ribbon connectors, speaker, and more)
- Responding in a timely manner to service users' issues and requests.
- Perform bi-weekly rounding duty on all computer stations to ensure everything is in working condition.
- Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects, such as testing new technology on hardware and software.
