Senior Recruitment Consultant II APAC Hiring

Location : Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary : RM5000 + up to 20% sales incentive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Total 4 years’ working experience with Sales experience and outbound calling
• At least 2 years of experience in Digital marketing / online sales organization
• Excellent English and communication skills in supported language(s)
• Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment
• Proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and opportunities and communication with clients
• Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Takes direction well while also demonstrating proactive behavior
• Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills; ability to multitask
