MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Work closely with senior business development managers to identify new market opportunities Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling Assist in developing sales strategies, proposals, and business pitches Support client relationship management and follow-up activities Participate in strategic planning sessions and growth initiatives Help analyze performance data to improve decision-making and drive results Who You Are :

A recent graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong analytical and research abilities Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn A team player with a strong interest in business growth and client engagement Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Company overview
