Impact : work mainly impacts short term team performance and occasionally medium-term goals. Supports the achievement of goals through own personal effort, assessing own progress.

Accountability : exercises some of own judgement and is responsible for meeting own targets, normally receiving little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Manages own impact on cost and profitability.
