Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate long-lasting client relationships.
• Present and promote premium jewellery collections, emphasizing quality, design, and craftsmanship.
• Proactively engage with customers, answer inquiries, and drive sales to consistently exceed targets.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and market awareness to offer informed and personalized advice.
• Negotiate prices within company guidelines, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Accurately process sales transactions and ensure proper documentation for inventory and record-keeping.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and build brand loyalty.
• Manage product displays to ensure all jewellery is showcased in an appealing and organized manner.
• Keep the boutique well-maintained, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.
