About the role

Sri Tanjung Medicare (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant / Paramedic to join our healthcare team in Penang. As a full‑time Medical Assistant / Paramedic, you will play a crucial role in providing high‑quality medical support and care to our patients.

Patient care and emergency response

• Respond to emergency and non‑emergency calls.
• Provide basic medical assistance like CPR, wound dressing, and pain management.
• Control severe bleeding and treat wounds or fractures.
• Assist with spinal injury patients.
• Operate defibrillators and other life support equipment.
• Administer medication and treatments according to procedures and within their scope of practice.
• Monitor patient health status during transport.
• Assess health status in emergency situations and determine immediate medical needs.
