Job description

Responsibilities

Base office (HQ) and site visit is encouraged.
Duties follow office hour (Monday - Friday).
Be responsible and reliable.
Prepare take-offs for RC work (Concrete, Rebar, formwork).
Prepare monthly progress claim.
Revised and monitor quantity for site work done.
Monitor wastage.
Prepare tender / quotation, BQ and project costing.
Under senior QS guidance.

Qualifications

At least QS diploma holder.

Friendly working environment.
