IT Operations Manager

Job descriptionOversee the maintenance and optimization of all software and hardware systems. Ensure seamless operation of systems such as washer / dryer software setups and other operational technologies. Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing timely resolutions. Work closely with operations, marketing, and other departments to understand their needs and challenges. Plan, research, and implement technology solutions that streamline processes and enhance stakeholder satisfaction. Facilitate the onboarding and training of staff on new systems and technologies. Ensure that technology implementations deliver tangible value to stakeholders and users. Provide guidance and support to maximize the benefits of new technologies. Gather feedback to continuously improve technology solutions. Lead technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Communicate project status and results to senior management. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices. Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and approaches. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes. Focus on implementing technologies that address real business needs and add significant value. Avoid unnecessary feature deployments that do not contribute to operational efficiency or stakeholder satisfaction. Ensure that technology solutions align with the company's core values and strategic goals.
