Position : Sales Support & Event Coordinator
Salary Range : up to RM 7,000
Location : Bangsar South, KL
Working Hours : Monday – Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the Sales leadership team, including travel arrangements, presentation preparation, market research, and submission of marketing / IT support requests.
- Manage the Sales inbox, escalate inquiries to the appropriate team members, and assist with event-related reimbursements and payment reconciliations.
- Coordinate and facilitate online and offline meetings, training sessions, and field engagement activities for the Sales leadership team.
- Organize sales training programs, webinars, and events—this includes scheduling, sending invitations, coordinating guest speakers, managing webinar recordings / playlists, and handling logistics such as registration and transportation.
- Ensure all activities and processes are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; prior experience in the direct selling industry is an advantage.Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a multinational environment.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive demands.Detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and coordination abilities.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
