Job Description

• Map end‑to‑end business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Streamline processes through automation using macros.
• Perform the full analytics cycle : understand the problem, collect and identify relevant data, prepare the data for analysis, obtain insights, and build dashboards & visualization models.
• Support business case building.
• Identify, propose, and influence business solutions.
• Apply the discipline of business process management.
• Plan and prioritise process engineering activities.
• Collaborate with staff and management at all levels to address concerns and resolve issues.
