URGENT : Quality Controller (Telok Gong, Klang)

SteriPack Asia Sdn Bhd (Trading as Ensera) is seeking an experienced Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team in Telok Gong, Klang.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Controller with strong QA / QC background in an ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 environment. Responsibilities include :

• Perform rework inspection according to rework protocol.
• Identify and tag non‑conforming products and liaise with Warehouse personnel to move non‑conforming products to quarantine / reject location.
• Review work order files to ensure all documents are available per device history record.
• Carry out environmental monitoring including viable and non‑viable particulate monitoring as per plan.
• Perform any other extra testing / inspection assigned by superiors.
• Perform document verification versus physical goods.
• Release approved finished products / raw material that meets specification in the ERP system.
• Comply with all approved standard operating procedures, work instructions and guidelines that have been trained on.
• Assist and report all quality related matters to superior.

RM 1,800 to RM 2,600 per month

Working Hours

Monday-Friday : 7 am to 3 : 30 pm. Overtime may be required Monday-Friday and Saturday / Sunday.
