Oracle Cloud Technology Sales Manager

Oracle Cloud Technology Sales Manager – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Oracle is seeking a motivated sales professional to join its Cloud sales teams in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on delivering innovative, commercially viable cloud solutions to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Interact with customer business contacts and identify opportunities using business language.

Deliver a high level of activities on a weekly basis to build and mature qualified pipeline opportunities.

Win opportunities on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline status and forecasted opportunities in Customer Connect.

Develop proactive relationships and collaborate with extended technical cloud teams (Marketing, Business Development, Presales, Consultants, Customer Success, etc.).

Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete territory and sector‑specific coverage.

Create sales programs and solutions; maintain up‑to‑date competitive information and compile regional success stories.

Lead go‑to‑market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists.

Contribute to account planning, customer / market analysis and strategy sessions.

Provide direction and mentoring to others as part of the sales team.

Required Skills

Strong belief in the cloud model and customer‑success centricity.

Continuous learning mindset and self‑development focus.

Experience in software sales; cloud services experience a plus.

Proven track record in a sales‑driven organization selling technology products and services.

Experience selling public and private cloud, business analytics, big data, or SOA is advantageous.

Solid written, verbal and presentation skills.

Team player and self‑motivated.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure products and Exadata Cloud at Customer is preferred but not essential.

Fluency in English.
