Building Manager

Overview

Vestcom Property Management is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial property located in Cyberjaya, Selangor. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the building and providing excellent service to our owners and tenants.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the building's maintenance, repairs, and cleaning schedules to ensure the property is well-kept and presentable
• Liaise with owners, contractors, and service providers to address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee the building's security and access control systems, and implement appropriate measures to maintain safety and security
• Manage the building's budget, including monitoring expenses, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective operations
• Prepare regular reports on the building's performance and provide recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies
• Supervise and mentor a team of support staff, including cleaners and maintenance personnel
